Word about Article One:
I have read through Article One and will come back - maybe today later -
and make comments.
Sorry about the italics in Article 9 - I don't know why that happened.
Any remarks I make - and I will be making some - are strictly my
Opinion and an attempt to understand what is laid down here in
Article One. It will take the form of a discussion - of sorts.
If anyone has read this - Thanks.
